Where do I purchase my book and online interactive access?
You can purchase your textbook or online interactive access either from your school bookstore or directly from our website. To purchase directily from Evia Learning, visit our store page.
How do I redeem my access code?
To redeem an access code purchased from your school bookstore, visit out Redeem Access Code page.
If you are an existing user, make sure to log into your account before redeeming your access code.
How do I join my class group?
If your instructor gave you a class group code you can enter it on your Dashboard page by clicking the “Join a class” button.
Note that you will need to have access to the online interactive before you can join your class group.
What is the difference between an access code and a class group code?
An access code is most often purchased at your school bookstore. In general, access codes are 12 characters long with no dashes. The code gives you access to the online interactive program. Once you purchase your code, you will need to redeem it on the Redeem Access Code page.
Class group code:
A class group code allows you to join your class group so that your instructor can see your activity scores for the online intertactive. The class group codes are 9 characters long and contain 2 dashed (XXX-XXX-XXX). The class group code does NOT give you access to the online interactive program or textbook.
My dashboard says "Not Purchased" even though I bought access.
If you are seeing “Not Purchased” on some or all of the units on your Dashboard, here are some items to check:
Make sure that your subscription has not expired. Check the status of your subscription by visiting the “My Account” area and clicking on “Subscriptions”.
If you purchased an access card/code from your bookstore make sure you redeemed your access code on the Redeem Access Code page.
If you are using the demo version, this only grants access to a limited amount of content for a limited time. You will need to purchase full access to unlock all of the content. If you are not sure if you have the demo or full access, check the “Orders” section of “My Account”.
If you have verified that you have an active subscription on our site fill out the form on this page get assistance with your account.
I purchased a textbook but there is no access card with it.
Items purchased from a bookstore or thirs party retailer:
If you were supposed to get an access card with your purchase, contact the retailer you purchased your book from.
Items purchased from Evia Learning:
If you purchased a textbook only, online interactive access is not included.
If you purchased a bundle, access was granted a few minutes after your order was complete, so no card was sent to you. You can access the online interactive by logging in to the site using the email adress that was used to place your order, then visit the Dashboard.
I completed everything in a unit but the unit is not showing complete.
If you believe you have completed all items in a unit but it is not showing as complete, download the PDF Transcript for that unit and look for any activities that say “Not Attempted”. If you find any that say “Not Attempted”, go back to those pages and compelte those activities.
If you have checked and no activities say “Not Attempted”, fill out the form on this page to contact our support team.
How do I return my textbook or online access?
Items purchased from a bookstore or other retailer:
If you have purcahsed your textbook or online access from a bookstore or other third party vendor you will need to talk to them about their return policy.
Items purchased at Evialearning.com:
DIGITAL ACCESS PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE DIRECTLY FROM EVIA LEARNING
Customers will receive a full refund (if access is cancelled) or be allowed an exchange (for a product of equal value) for online access or digital textbook products that were purchased directly from Evia Learning if the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
Downloadable digital products are not eligible for return once downloaded.
To obtain a refund or exchange, the customer is required to supply the order number and online access code information to Customer Service. To make a refund or exchange request, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
STANDARD PRINT TITLES
Customers will receive a full refund for standard print materials that were purchased directly from Evia Learning if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and the print material is received by Evia Learning in new condition within 90 days of purchase. Items that arrive more than 90 days after purchase are no longer eligible for refund, even if they received return authorization within 14 days of purchase.
Customers who wish to exchange a print text for another one of equal value should treat the return and the new purchase as separate transactions. The customer should submit their return request by email to email@example.com and may place a separate order for the new text at their convenience.
Evia Learning does not maintain a textbook rental program and will not accept returns or refunds on used/rental materials.
