SHIPPING POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM EVIALEARNING.COM

 

 

Online Interactive Web Access:
Online interactive web access is instantly granted once payment is processed. For this reason, no physical item is shipped or emailed. Once an order confirmation email is received, users can log into the website using the email address used and password created during the checkout process. To log in, click the Log In button in the top right bar. (If a Log Out button is visible instead, that means the current computer is already logged into an account.)

Textbooks:
Textbooks are shipped one business day after the date of purchase. (Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not considered business days.) The shipping method will reflect what was chosen by the customer at checkout. Please note that second-day shipping refers to the second day from the date of shipment, not from the order date. An order placed Friday afternoon with second day shipping will not ship until Monday, and the order will arrive Wednesday, two days after shipment.

Tracking information:
Customers receive an automated email notification when their product ships, which includes a tracking number. Customers who do not see this notification should check their spam folder and/or search for incoming messages from the email address send-doc@thbred.com. If the customer cannot locate their tracking number, they may email support@evialearning.com to request the tracking information.

Delivery:
It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery to receive the delivery, as predicted by tracking information. If the customer fails to do so and the delivery service leaves the package outside at the delivery location, Evia Learning cannot be held responsible for any intervening circumstance causing the customer not to receive the package. Such circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Delivery problems:
Customers (both individual and institutional or corporate) who experience problems with their delivery and wish to dispute delivery or request compensation for delivery problems must contact Evia Learning within 30 days of shipment date. Provide a clear description of the delivery problem and any additional information or evidence that will help Evia Learning investigate the problem. All such cases will be resolved on an individual basis. Reports of delivery problems or missing packages more than 30 days after shipment will only qualify for refund or replacement at the discretion of Evia Learning.
